Srini Ravuri is the co-founder and Managing Partner of ST Tech Inc., an ERP system integration firm. Srini is an IT professional with over 17 years of experience managing Oracle practices and leading delivery teams. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, he specializes in organizational design, complex global rollouts, and business readiness. At ST Tech, Srini oversees all aspects of the Oracle practice and leads strategic initiatives to expand the company both geographically and through new service lines. Prior to founding ST Tech, Srini was an Oracle HCM Solutions Architect in Oracle's HCM payroll product development team at Redwood Shores, CA, and Director of Operations for SMC Infotech. He started his career at E&Y Consulting Services as an HCM Team Lead and Oracle implementation specialist. He is highly experienced in both the functional and technical aspects of Oracle Applications, and has presented to several industry groups and at Oracle Applications conferences.

Ms. Gohman oversees ST Tech's sales and strategic alliance efforts. Her strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty is grounded in her approach of delivering the outcomes clients require with excellent, innovative business solutions. Prior to joining ST Tech, Ms. Gohman ran sales and marketing for a global EDI consulting organization serving prestige customers such as Hoover, Dirt Devil, Kimber, Shiseido, Hitachi, Power Integrations, and Berkshire Hathaway.

As Chief Delivery Officer for Oracle ERP solutions, Dharmesh provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for the delivery of Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications services. He is responsible for the successful execution of complex Oracle Cloud implementations, transformations, upgrades, integrations, and managed-services engagements across public and commercial sector clients.

As an Oracle Applications Cloud enthusiast, Vishwa assists our customers on their enterprise digital transformation journey with best-fit solutions. He has extensive experience working with the CHRO, CFO, and CIO offices. Previously, he worked on Oracle E-Business Suite as a Functional Architect for large global roll-outs with heavy localizations.
